The max. time I need to finish an illustration could take up to 1 month, but normally I need around 1-2 weeks to finish an illustration. (This only applies for when I start your commission!)

Vtuber models and emotes have commercial fees already included in the price, there is no discussion needed.
For normal illustrations the price for commercial use needs to be discussed, the price will probably double or more.If you get a normal commission and later decide you'd like to use it for a commercial purpose it is possible to pay the fee afterwards. Please feel free to message me if that would be the case.The following cases are considered commercial use:
- reproducing and selling the artwork
- when you receive profit in the medium where you're using it (like Twitch, Patreon, YouTube, etc.)PRIVATE COMISSIONS
If you request the commission to be private, a small extra fee will be incurred. This is because I lose out on my chance to display my current skills for potential customersCLIENT
The commissioner may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited or linked back to me and they don't claim it as their art.
Once a piece has been commissioned, you may use it for personal uses including but not limited to:
icons, avatars, layouts, wallpaper, themes and personal page / site displays.
You're free to print out the picture or even make whatever merchandise you want, as long as it's for your personal use only and not for sale.

The client will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general commission prices and rules.
Please be 100% sure that you want to commission me for a model and that you have the available funds. Vtuber models are a big part of my income and any inconveniences will cause problems in my real life.
You will then contact me regarding your proposed project or fill out the form I provided, revealing any details. Additional information can be added, but please be clear when giving details or asking for changes. Use of example images, palettes and gallery examples is encouraged.
Wait for my answer so we can discuss further process.NOTES FOR ORDERING
Completed forms are considered first.
References must be clear and full in color.
If you bought your character design I will NOT accept your commission if you don't have the commercial rights/permission from the artist of your design.PAYMENT PROCESS
I only accept PayPal or Wise as payment.
PayPal and Wise payments will only be accepted in EUR.You will be charged a booking fee of 5% of the final price to secure your slot, this fee is non-refundable even if you decide to cancel the commission.
I require full payment or, in case of a payment plan, partial payment before I start working on the model.
I'll add you to my Notion once payment is cleared and details are given.In case of a payment plan I will only do the amount of work that fits the amount of money you have already paid. So for example, if you only pay 50% I will do the sketch, lineart and adding base colors. When you pay the other 50% I will do the rest.As of January 1st 2024 all payments will be charged an additional 7% VAT.REFUND AND CANCELLATION
I can refund 100% of the payment ONLY if I haven't started working on the sketch.

Issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel / refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you.
Absolutely don't ever issue a chargeback to my Paypal or Wise account. Doing so can compromise all of my finances, my Paypal/Wise, my bank account, the failure of automatic bill payments, etc.

The rigger is allowed to make small changes if needed. If there is anything bigger that needs to be changed/separated/modified/etc. feel free to contact me and I will gladly make these changes free of charge.
The only thing I do not allow is the "chibification" of my model, this means please do not resize the body parts in a way to make the model look like a chibi.
If the client wants a chibi model I am willing to draw one for a discount.By commissioning me, it means you have read and accepted all the terms outlined above.
